Loud stereos

To the Editor:
When we don’t have enough police to arrest drivers who ignore red lights and stop signs, but who terrorize pedestrians in crosswalks, how can Mayor Dean propose a new law that would have police stop and ticket drivers who may be playing their car stereos too loudly? Mayor Dean, you obviously need, and perhaps deserve, a change.
